Website Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

This policy explains how Gulf Breeze Apothecary handles information collected through this public website. It applies to website visits and business inquiry forms. It is separate from the pharmacy's official Notice of Privacy Practices governing protected health information.

Information collected through the website

Provider and general inquiry forms may collect contact and business-routing information such as name, work email, phone, practice name, professional role, specialty, practice state, expected prescription volume, contact preference, consent, and privacy acknowledgement.

Do not submit patient names, diagnoses, prescriptions, medication histories, case descriptions, files, or other health information through public website forms.

Analytics and advertising attribution

The website uses Google Tag Manager to load approved measurement technology. For advertising attribution, the site may collect Google, Meta, or Microsoft click identifiers; UTM source, medium, campaign, term, and content values; the initial landing page; referring page; conversion page; session identifier; and submission timestamp.

Attribution URLs are filtered to retain approved campaign parameters and remove unapproved query values. Patient or medical information must not be placed in advertising URLs, analytics events, or campaign parameters.

Browser storage and cookies

The site uses browser local storage and session storage to preserve first-touch attribution as a visitor moves between pages and to create an anonymous session identifier. Advertising platforms may set their own permitted measurement cookies. Browser controls can remove or block storage, although doing so may reduce attribution accuracy.

How information is used

Website information is used to respond to requests, review provider and service eligibility, route inquiries, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, maintain attribution, measure campaign performance, and comply with applicable operational or legal requirements.

Service providers and disclosure

The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry information is sent to Pipedrive for customer relationship management. Google Tag Manager and approved advertising platforms may process analytics and attribution data. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the website and pharmacy.

The pharmacy does not authorize website forms or analytics tools to collect protected health information.

Retention and security

Website inquiry and attribution information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, maintain business records, measure advertising, prevent abuse, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. The pharmacy uses administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the public website, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may use browser controls to remove cookies or stored attribution data. To ask about a website submission, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question, contact the pharmacy at office@gulfbreezeapothecary.com or (850) 677-9340.

Children and patient information

This public website is not designed to collect information directly from children. Parents, patients, and providers should use pharmacy-approved channels—not public inquiry forms—for prescriptions, patient records, or other health information.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated as website practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

Notice of Privacy Practices

The pharmacy's official Notice of Privacy Practices has not yet been supplied for online publication. This website policy is not a substitute for that notice.

To request the applicable official notice or ask about rights concerning health records, call (850) 677-9340 or request a copy at 1177 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561.
