Questions pharmacies ask first

The short answers

Which states can you fill for?

Gulf Breeze Apothecary currently serves 36 states. Central fill remains subject to each state's rules and a partnership eligibility review before an agreement is approved.

Who keeps the patient relationship?

The partner pharmacy keeps its patient relationship and receives the prescription. The approved central-fill workflow and record responsibilities are documented in the written agreement.

How quickly will a fill ship?

Typical turnaround is approximately two business days, but timing depends on prescription review, preparation, testing, destination, and current workload. The pharmacy confirms timing for each accepted request.

How is cold chain protected?

Eligible refrigerated preparations ship in insulated packaging with cold packs and tracking. Available shipping-validation documentation can be requested during due diligence.

How is pricing established?

Pricing is confirmed after partnership and preparation review. The team will discuss current pricing and any volume structure during onboarding.

Is there a volume minimum?

Expected volume is discussed during the partnership review. Submitting an inquiry does not open an account or guarantee eligibility, pricing, or service.
